Core instruments

Two instruments built to make role fit and working style legible.

Social Fitness Assessment live

Measures interpersonal competence, relational dynamics, and team-integration capacity, how someone actually operates around other people. It produces a production-grade client report, not a four-letter type and a color wheel.

Process name: Social Fitness Assessment (SFA).

Manager working-style profile live

Maps how a manager operates, communicates, evaluates quality, and builds trust. It makes a leader's standard legible, so the people around them can meet it on purpose instead of reverse-engineering it over months.

Process name: Manager Taste Profile (MTP).

Measurement layer

Roll the instruments up into org-wide signal.

Three plain-language indexes turn individual and team reads into a map of the whole organization, showing the best places to apply AI and the biggest performance gaps to close.

Employee Performance Index live

The individual signal: where a person is strong, where they're stretched, and where the right support changes the trajectory.

Process name: Employee Performance Index (EPI).

Team Performance Index live

How a team integrates and performs together, surfacing friction and complementarity that individual scores alone would miss.

Process name: Team Performance Index (TPI).

Organization Performance Index live

Org-wide signal that shows the best places for AI and the biggest performance gaps, so investment lands where it pays off.

Process name: Organization Performance Index (OPI).

Voice-first delivery

Assessment by conversation, not by checkbox.

GROWtalent can run assessment and intake as a spoken conversation. Structured conversation surfaces role-relevant reasoning and working-style context that static forms flatten, so you capture richer reviewed evidence while spending fewer interviewer hours on first-pass screening.

  • Role-fit evidence reviewed against the role, captured in the candidate's own words
  • Consistent prompts mean comparable reads, person to person
  • Fewer interviewer hours on the first pass, more on the decisions that matter
in beta
GROWhire voice intake

A candidate talks through a real scenario instead of ticking boxes. GROWhire preserves structured evidence about how they reason, communicate, and relate, then routes it into human-reviewed social fitness and manager working-style workflows.

Modern Talent Management

One profile, from recruitment to succession.

Most tools take a single snapshot. We start with the manager, create the candidate's profile during screening, and keep it evolving through onboarding, management, and succession, performance choreography, not a one-time photograph.

01 · BEFORE THE HIRE

We start with the manager, not the candidate.

How we do it (the unique part)

We map how the hiring manager evaluates quality, trust, and performance, the Manager Taste Profile, so "fit" is measured against the real environment, not a generic ideal.

You hire for the manager and role you actually have, not a textbook one.

02 · SCREENING

Screening creates the candidate's profile.

How we do it (the unique part)

A voice-first Social Fitness Assessment captures working style and relational signal a résumé can't, scored against the calibrated manager and role, not an unstructured impression.

Better hiring signal before the decision, and a personalized feedback brief every candidate actually remembers. Even the ones you don't hire leave with something useful and a better impression of you.

03 · THE FIRST 0–90 DAYS

Onboarding carries the context forward.

How we do it (the unique part)

The candidate's profile becomes personalized onboarding that carries the manager's expectations, rhythm, and trust logic forward, onboarding as performance continuity, not generic orientation. The test-drive, not the train.

New hires stop guessing what good looks like, so speed-to-impact climbs. Important hires ramp fast with no wasted honeymoon, the last mile of recruitment investment, protected.

04 · THROUGH REAL WORK

The profile keeps evolving, regardless of performance.

How we do it (the unique part)

Each meeting updates two things at once, the operational picture (what's changing in the work) and the people-context signals (how the person is showing up), candidate-only until a human reviews them. A picture becomes a video.

A current read of your people, performance choreography across the whole system, not an annual snapshot.

05 · WHEN IT MATTERS MOST

It informs promotion and succession.

How we do it (the unique part)

The accumulated, longitudinal record backs high-stakes people decisions, and captures tacit knowledge before it walks out the door.

Evidence-backed promotion and succession, decisions you can review, explain, and improve.

longitudinal context
A behavioral record over time developing

Most assessment freezes a person at one moment. The developing longitudinal view treats behavior as a record over time, how someone shows up, adapts, and grows across many reviewed reads, so a decision rests on a trajectory, not a one-time photograph.

We're developing and rolling out a longitudinal view: rather than one-time scores, a person becomes a record you can watch change. It's listed as developing because we won't overstate what's shipped.

The central claim underneath all of it: for many roles, social fitness and manager-taste fit are higher-leverage performance signals than additional technical-proficiency signal. Skills get a candidate in the door; how they operate around people decides whether the work actually lands.

Evaluating us? Sample, redacted exemplars are available, one full social fitness report and one manager working-style profile. Real client data is never shown without explicit approval.
